Mission Statement

The objective of the Motor Vehicle Lighting Council is to study, assess and build consensus on real world automotive lighting issues that will meet the common needs of motorists, pedestrians, government and industry. The Council also will work to educate the motoring public on lighting issues and emerging technologies.
